By accessing this website or booking or participating in any LifeSpera session, programme, class, workshop, retreat, consultation, or other wellbeing experience, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or book our services.

1. Website Use

The information and content provided on this website are intended for general informational purposes and to describe LifeSpera's wellbeing services and offerings.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate, or current.

LifeSpera reserves the right to update, modify, or remove website content or services at any time.

3. Booking & Payment

When you select an appointment time through the LifeSpera booking calendar, you are requesting that time slot.

A session is confirmed only after payment has been received. An appointment selected through the booking calendar does not constitute a confirmed booking until payment is completed.

Payment instructions or a payment link will be shared with you after you select your preferred appointment time.

LifeSpera may release an unpaid booking if payment is not received within the timeframe communicated to you.

4. Attendance & No-Show

If you do not attend a confirmed session and have not provided prior intimation, the session will be considered completed.

No refund or rescheduling will be provided for a no-show.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session, please inform us at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time.

Requests made less than 6 hours before the scheduled session may not be accommodated and may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Late Arrival

If you arrive late or join a session late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

The remaining session time will be used for the planned practice or discussion.

7. Changes or Delays by LifeSpera

If LifeSpera needs to delay, reschedule, or cancel a session due to unavoidable circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, you will be offered an alternative session or a refund in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Health & Personal Responsibility

LifeSpera provides wellbeing and movement-based experiences intended to support general wellbeing.

Participants are responsible for informing the facilitator in advance about any injuries, health concerns, physical limitations, or other circumstances that may affect their participation.

Participants should practise at their own pace, follow instructions, and stop or modify an activity if they experience discomfort or feel that an activity is not suitable for them.

LifeSpera's services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or professional medical advice.

If you have a medical condition or concern, please consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the LifeSpera name, Spera Method™, website content, written materials, programme materials, graphics, photographs, videos, exercises, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Bhandari Lifespera LLP.

You may access this material for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, sell, license, or commercially use LifeSpera's content or materials without prior written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use this website or LifeSpera services for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
