Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Booking & Confirmation

Selecting an appointment time through the LifeSpera booking calendar does not by itself confirm the session.

A session is confirmed only after the applicable payment has been received.

A payment link will be shared with you after you select your preferred appointment time.

2. Cancellation by the Client

If you cancel a paid and confirmed session at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time, you are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled start time are generally non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a confirmed session, please contact us at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time.

Rescheduling is subject to availability. Where a suitable alternative is available, your payment may be transferred to the rescheduled session.

Requests made less than 6 hours before the scheduled session may not be accommodated.

4. No-Show

If you do not attend a confirmed session and do not provide prior intimation, the session will be considered completed.

No refund or rescheduling will be provided for a no-show.

5. Late Arrival

Arriving late does not extend the scheduled session.

The session will end at the originally scheduled time.

6. Cancellation or Rescheduling by LifeSpera

If LifeSpera needs to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session due to unavoidable circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you as soon as possible.

You will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, where possible.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on the relevant payment provider or bank.
